Shiela Irons

Shiela joined our team with over 10 years of valuable customer service experience. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts with a concentration in both Psychology & Market Management, as well as a second Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Salisbury University. With a background in the banking industry and a passion to learn new things, she is excited to take on the challenge of diving into the Life & Health department at Landmark to further develop her expertise.

Born and raised on the Eastern Shore of MD, Shiela has a heart to support local businesses on Delmarva. She founded and maintains a local Facebook group called, “Everything Delmarva” as an avenue for local businesses to market and promote their services, while also keeping the community informed of local events. She resides in Salisbury with her husband Richard. They enjoy traveling to Gatlinburg, Tennessee to visit friends and family while taking in the relaxation of the Great Smoky Mountains.
