Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
Landmark Insurance and Financial Group is currently seeking a motivated, professional, and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team serving the greater Salisbury and Princess Anne Maryland area. This full-time, in-office position located in Princess Anne MD is ideal for someone interested in long-term growth and a career path within the insurance industry.
As our Customer Service Representative at Landmark Insurance, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary receptionist for incoming calls, emails, and walk-in clients
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
- Maintain accurate records, files, and client information
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and office organization
- Support team members with daily operational needs
- Handle client requests, payments, and general office correspondence
- Ensure the front office remains clean, organized, and welcoming
- Act as a reliable customer service representative by resolving client concerns and escalating issues when necessary
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable with computers and office technology
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Willingness to obtain an Insurance License (training provided)
- Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative is a plus, but not required
Compensation
- Starting pay: $16.00 – $19.00+ per hour based on experience
- Interval raises and advancement opportunities
- Full-time, in-office position
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Insurance licensing training provided
