For more than a decade, Erika has served clients as a licensed Property & Casualty agent at Landmark Insurance. She takes pride in helping customers understand their options and guiding them toward coverage decisions that make sense for their lifestyle and budget. Her approach is simple: educate first, advise second, and always put the client’s best interests at the center.

Now serving as Team Lead of the Personal Lines Department, Erika is excited to step further into leadership. She is dedicated to mentoring her team, strengthening processes, and creating a collaborative environment where everyone feels confident and supported. Her focus is not only on protecting clients, but also on building a strong, dependable team behind them.

Erika lives in Fruitland with her family, who have been her greatest supporters throughout her career. Her proudest role is being mom to her two young sons and watching them grow and learn each day.
