Heather joined Landmark in 2000, working as a part-time file clerk for the daily insurance transactions. In 2002, she became a full-time Customer Service Representative in the Personal Lines Department. Since 2006, Heather has held her Property & Casualty License, was promoted to Personal Lines Manager in 2011, and Vice President in 2014.

Heather lives in Crisfield with her two sons James and Noah and daughter McKayla.
