Open enrollment applies to two groups: Medicare clients and Affordable Care Act (ACA) clients under age 65. Below is an overview of dates, process, and how we’ll be working with you this season.

Medicare Open Enrollment
When: October 15 – December 7, 2025
Who: This applies to Medicare Part D (prescription drug plans) and Medicare Advantage plans.
What You Need to Do

ACA (Affordable Care Act) Open Enrollment
When: November 1 – December 15, 2025
Who: This applies to clients under age 65.
What You Need to Know

Starting in October, Greer and Donna will be reaching out to make appointments with your Agent.

Appointment Details

Appointments are typically 30 minutes and can be done over the phone or in person.

If you do not schedule an appointment, your plan will roll over into the closest equivalent of your 2025 policy.

However, plans, tax credits, and premiums are expected to change, so it is very important to review your plan. It is important to report any life changes or income changes during open enrollment.
